Ok, on the eve of D-Day, Allied forces were sending out signals via radio to alert the French Resistance that the invasion of Normandy was on. The code for the group in Caen/Bayeux area (the Normandy invasion area) was "John has a long Moustache" which signaled the Resistance into action.
