Most likely fake
The big tell for me is the constant bombardment of posts about it. I don't know if it's natural, or if this is a shill attack.
It'd be one thing if it was the usual ~2-5 posts about a pompeo tweet or something, but it's like every tenth post is just spamming this now.

I don’t think it is fake. My phone went off all nights with notifications from General Hyten and it was all of these.
