At this point, it seems like they're attempting to lay the groundwork so that, when shit does go down, they have a scapegoat saying "WHOA THE NG DOESN'T SUPPORT TRUMP IT'S JUST A BUNCH OF INFILTRATORS!!" instead of facing the music and admitting they screwed up royal the past couple years.
