Wild thought. Is he trying to get CCP to make some sort of a first sttrike against one of our own (ships in S China sea perhaps) to give us the reason to take out some of those chinese shipping vessels off our West Coast which may house the ground to air missiles rumored on other boards?

Not looking to declare all out war with China - remember how Trump handled problems in Syria? Target strike, a 1 for 1 retaliation that ended after that was settled. Think we're just looking for just enough provocation to deal with the ships and then stand back down?
