Gold fringe indicates British Maritime or Admiralty Law as I understand it.

They seem to come and go in various presentations/speeches. Trump has indicated that US is no longer under any obligation to UK, but even since then, the fringes come and go.

I’ve seen videos popping up lately about USA Corp. I went down this rabbit hole about 15 years ago and it said that the yellow means you’re under maritime law. The only place you see those is in a court room or in a federal building. That part has been missing in the recent videos.
