I saw the exact same thing as OP. It was like RSBN was streaming another stream. It looked like that was RSBN's next recommended video. Very odd.
After that, the screen just went black and the real stream ended.
The video was still playing, it was like they were recording the live stream from another video.. hopefully this is some foreshadowing of what's coming up next...

Mine had a weird countdown. The feed cut out just before what I’m assuming was the end of the speech. It was an analog countdown from 10. But reset to :30. When I tried to get back in the feed stayed black. I was watching YouTube RSBN. Anyone else have this.

Yes I noticed this as well! At the very least it shows they were just rebroadcasting a pre-recorded video from YouTube, but what it recommends next is... ominous.
No I keep it turned off.
