The upper case stuff is interesting but I'm not sure it is anything that can be used as evidence to convince anybody of anything.
I think in legal documents that Title Case and Upper Case are used indiscriminately.
Changing 'for' to 'of' is fascinating. Because the Constitution can't be modified without a process. Somehow I doubt there was an official vote on it. Did they do that as one of their little hints they always like to do?
