I just want to point out, like I have in the previous posts on this :
Trump's 2017 EO was a succession to Obama's 2009 EO.
With Trump revoking his own order, it revokes Obama's original 2009 EO.
This is a legal and clever way to undo "undoable" EO's.
What was Obama's EO and how does this undo it?
If it's the same as this one, it prevents executive employees from lobbying or communicating for or with their previous departments.
