Biden gave a speech in Delaware yesterday with hardly any security. The 30,000 troops makes absolutely no fucking sense.

It was requested for optics to make it look like he was under severe threat from "Racist Trump Supporting Terrorists", The reason he had none in the Delaware is because nobody was really watching.
