I don’t understand this thinking. Did Trump have control over the FBI? NSA, CIA, 3 letter agencies are not under the power of the CIC. Biden is in control of the military if, and only if the military isn’t committed to the greatest military operation in history.

Snowden didn't have any control over those agencies either. There are surely plenty of intelligence people who are based and pissed!
