If Q is a military operation, then there's no way that they'd actually reveal their plans ahead of time. If we know, then then enemy knows. Most likely, Q is disinformation designed to confuse the enemy. There's just enough truth in the drops that targets flip out and overreact. We saw many different canary traps in the Trump White House leaking false information.
Try not to take everything literally. Use Occam's Razor and go with the simplest explanation. Trust your ability to reason, and don't get upset when things don't go the way you expected. We most certainly do not have the complete picture, and we never will.
