Spend less time on the internet. Spend more time with friends and family. Ditch all social media, FB Twatter etc. If you smoke or drink, cut down or stop completely (less taxes to pay). Eat less shitty food. Buy little or nothing made in China. Boycott every anti conservative company you can find. Support every conservative business possible. Get out in nature. Exercise, walk, run, cycle, whatever you like. Start doing some or all of these things and you'll start feeling a lot better, fast. Politics will always be here so can wait a little while. Recharge and come back mentally stronger, healthier and ready to fight the next battle.
