Trump tried to end Obama's EO in re: DACA; SCOTUS said no. That set new precedent for Presidential Executive orders. I don't think PedoJoe will be able to rescind any of Trump's EOs, based on that precedent.
Let's see what the SCOTUS will do.

Not that any of this matter anymore.
After all of the blatant lawlessness in past 2 months, I don't have much confidence in the court system.
SCOTUS will let them undo all of Trump's EOs because the only two people in SCOTUS who aren't America-hating baby eaters is Thomas and Alito.
The people Trump put in charge of it did not follow policy. If Trump had true patriots that were better at the tricky laws it would have been recinded. That or the do nothing Republicans in Congress could have made it happen.
I know, that's why I said let's see what they will do.
