The gold fringe is a fourth color and, purportedly, represents “color of military law” jurisdiction and when placed on the Title 4 U.S.C. Section §§ 1,2 Flag, mutilates the flag and suspends the Constitution.enter textenter text

There are tons of pictures of him before at random rallies or events with this.
If the gold fringe thing is legit, it's not well enforced.
I’m not sure I can convince you. Not well enforced? Are you suggesting that it can only mean marital law?
Here is one with Hillary Clinton from 2016.

Why is this so hard to understand. The simple presence of the flag with gold fringe doesn’t always mean martial law. But, if in a courtroom it means that the constitution has been suspended. So giving examples of whenever you’ve seen this same flag in a million different scenarios that are not a court room have no meaning at all.
I'm suggesting that there are tons of times that Trump has been in photos where there are gold fringed flags. Here's just one example: https://theintercept.com/2020/01/03/qassim-suleimani-assassination-trump-administration-war/
Biden has also been photographed in front of them. What's that supposed to mean?
It was there for Obam inaug. too
Wow. I’m having trouble believing you guys can’t tell the difference between the use of the flag in everyday ceremonies and speeches and the completely opposite meaning of when it’s in a courtroom. Ok, I’ll break it down for you. When in a court room. One like we believe DC is in right now. One where martial law is in effect. The flag with gold fringe means you no longer have constitutional protections. Could trump and his whole team be using the symbolism of the gold fringe (and blatantly pointing it out) to inform us that the occupying enemy is now under martial law, the constitution suspended, and the largest planned military operation in history is taking place?
that's my hope - although a post a few days back said that Obam's inaug. had flags with gold fringe as well - just asking for advice
It’s not all or nothing. My elementary school had one on stage. Its display and use doesn’t always mean martial law. But when under martial law it is displayed with meaning and intent.
Any courtroom that displays such a flag behind the Judge is a military courtroom which Is operating under military law and not constitutional law, or common law, or civil law, or statute law, Restrictions. (Note added: This court is thereby receiving public funds under false and fraudulent pretense and is committing Treason against the Constitution under the 16th American Jurist Prudence Section 177).
Yep. But who enforces?
Not sure why I have to clear this up but, gold fringe on the flag doesn’t only mean martial law. But when martial law is in effect the gold fringe is present in courtrooms.
Is there a source for this?

President, Dwight David Eisenhower, by Executive Order No.10834, signed on August 21, 1959 and printed in the Federal Register at 24 F.R. 6865, pursuant to law, stated that: "A military flag is a flag that resembles the regular flag of the United States, except that it has a yellow fringe border on three sides."
This doesn't appear in the EO cited anywhere.
Furthermore yellow or fringe don't appear anywhere in the EO.

Nope. Try again. The gold fringe on the flag has many meanings and uses. Is often used ceremonially.
