Alternative Command Center...TWO PRESIDENTS...Team Trump is there in case Biden's people or Chinese agents take over the primary command center.

Am I right to presume that the suitcase given to Biden is probably fake and/or not activated due to Pentagon resistance, and that Trump's codes are still active or Pompeo got issued codes?
