As I mentioned, the timing of the oath is irrelevant (I know it was completed at about 12 minutes before noon). The old President is done at noon (as per the 20th Amendment) and the new President takes over at that point.
This is not something that matters from a constitutional standpoint.
Not if it wasn't a legitimate inauguration. What was missing in the oath and it was done before noon as well

The Presidencies change over at noon exactly. Old President is out, the new President is in. 20th Amendment, I believe.
