Why isn't the flag flying at whitehouse

Only under military rule is the flag allowed not to be flown why is it not being flown?!?!

True... just curious why would they take it down in the first place did it get tangled was it ripped or it is just our incompetent unelected officials trying to reinvent the wheel

It is actually not uncommon for them to raise & lower flags all day long on inauguration day. They do a ton of them so they can give them away to senators and such, a flag that flew at the capitol or White House on inauguration day.

My brother actually got one from his congressman that flew on Trump's inauguration day. It came with a letter to the congressman that it was presented to that explains when and where it was flown. That guy was a democrat though so he was able to get it as the congressman didn't want it.
