What source can you guys provide on the 1871 Corp of USA thing people talk about? I can't find any records, laws, registers, etc.

I think it is an interesting topic. War Castles or blogs/html 1998 websites don't necessarily convince me. I want to see the bonefide sources.

Onto my request for information, where can I find historical or documentitive information about the subject? It is very interesting and some "official" sources would be legend.
