Sorry, I though you were talking about VV, not the RCH1005. That craft is behaving a bit strange for a RCH flight. Those are normal long range point to point, but the past few days, I've seen them doing similar things.
Edit: Wanted to verify first before saying something stupid. The AC130 is that awesome gunship.
My understanding is that RCH stands for REACH. I'm ex air force, and have a love of the big planes. The C17 is my current favorite. I know my planes but this planefag stuff is new to me also. I'm still learning the standard call signs.
VV was also doing this yesterday. It probably is a flying command post.

I posted about VV yesterday....There was no info about it, weird it is back!
The thing that's weird to me is _14-5787 which is an ac130 gunship with no call sign.
VV is freaking weird too
