I tuned in right at 12:00est and Biden was already sworn in and mid-speech. Did someone press play a few minutes early?

I had OAN on and they talked to Chanel at around 11:30. She was in DC (not at the Capitol) and it was completely overcast and gloomy. It rolls around to 11:50 and I checked Twitter and their news feed thing said he was already sworn in and showed him giving his speech. What was weird though was that the info Twitter had on the inauguration said he would be sworn in shortly after noon. These things are not adding up.
