I understand proofs and deltas but I'm a little unclear on markers. What I'm a little confused on is "when 11.3 verifies as the first marker." What's the marker business all about? What are the other markers. Dave went into this on x22 last night and I don't know why it keeps going over my head. Thank you. I don't think this shit is over yet.
