"Executive Actions Versus Executive Orders
Executive actions are any informal proposals or moves by the president. The term executive action itself is vague and can be used to describe almost anything the president calls on Congress or his administration to do. But many executive actions carry no legal weight. Those that do actually set policy can be invalidated by the courts or undone by legislation passed by Congress.
The terms executive action and executive order are not interchangeable. Executive orders are legally binding and published in the Federal Register, though they also can be reversed by the courts and Congress.
A good way to think of executive actions is a wish list of policies the president would like to see enacted."
In other words - they aren't worth their weight in horseshit.
Ha. Well that’s awesome. I thought it was odd that he kept saying it over and over again. But then I was checking out the latest press sec video with nerfed downvotes and she said it too. That’s when I knew it was more than a coincidence.
No it lists as executive actions. I got curious after reading this and went to the online democratic bible and searched obamas executive actions
Bill clinton donald trump ect. Each time all exec orders came up.
They are totally different things though. All were edited in 2020.
I dont know much about computers but one said mirrored site. And all edited by bots. But not the same. Not sure what it means.

"Action" vs "order" is clearly definable. The top comment completely satisfies your want it to go deeper. This speaks to Biden playing a part.
This is huge. I heard it and didn't put further thought until now:

https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/ lists them as Executive Orders so I'm not sure
