Sorry if this has already been shared but I just saw this and didn't see anyone talking about it. I cant take credit as my brother was the one to find it. EO's are not "law" they are just regulations so they take effect and get published immediately after a legitimate President signs them. I thought this was very odd alongside everything else that I'm seeing on here. Could this be a sign that Biden is not the true President and cannot legally sign EO's therefore that's why nothing shows?
