Trump BLEACHES HIS HAIR. When you bleach hair it turns a yellow tint, then you put toner in it to take the yellow out. His hair has changed like this every single time he gets it bleached...

I think you’re not understanding. Bleaching hair makes it yellow. In order for it to be white, people tone it afterwards. I would know, I am a fake bleach blonde myself
