I'm looking for the paperwork saying that he was using the NG and FEMA in DC until Jan 24 th. If anyone knows what I mean please let me know where I can find it.

Thanks for the answer back. There was wording in it that I wanted to compare to the 11.3 military code. I'll keep looking ... don't think it was a EO and don't know what I would look under.. again thanks
