Just checked my android phone, found that EBS alerts were turned OFF

I never turned them off so an update or something had to have done it. Check your phones frens.

Ive been noticing the apps on my phone deleting or moving themselves lately.

My android would constantly change my "reject private number calls" all the fucking time for a few years. I would find out I had missed several private number calls when going through my call history days/weeks later.
