I love you, pedes...but I'm concerned this just means the search results brought back acts that were ONGOING on the day you searched for them (Jan 21, 2021). The Insurrection Act needed to be active well before Bidan's "inauguration".

HOWEVER, even if that's the case, it appears we are in an active declaration of insurrection.

Just my 2 cents.

We heard it was signed two weeks ago, tomorrow. I believe too that we are in an active declaration of insurrection.

I was reading through the 41st Congress' "An Act to provide a Government for the District of Columbia"

On Sec. 4 of CHAP. LXII it says "...and proceedings of the legislative assembly hereinafter constituted, and all the acts and proceedings of the governor in his executive department; he shall transmit one copy of the laws and journals of the legislative assembly within thirty days after the end of each session..."

I could be grasping at straws here but I was wondering if there is an active declaration, could they hold back on transmitting it for upto 30 days even into another Presidency?
