Apparently the defendants all sent waivers.

So basically they're letting SCOTUS make a decision without their response? Hmm... are they hoping they dismiss the case because its moot?

It appears the waivers are from other individuals on the docket- but the response by 1 represents all of their standing. That is the 1/19 doc as their collective response.
