My bad, i jumped the gun a little too quick, i thought once the EO was signed it would be submitted to an archive instantly, you know with modern technology and all.
You would think. That's why we need some hardcore reform. I personally think this idea of gov't facilities closing on the weekend should end. I don't get to stop following the law on the weekend so I expect the people who work for me to be available 7 days a week. If fast food can figure it out, gov't should be able to as well.
