I got sidetracked confirming the guy's name is in fact, Chris Henry Miller. I've found about half a dozen posts all over the country the past few years. And that made it seem legit. I was thinking perhaps they're a liason working with Homeland Security or something, perhaps some sort of Emergency Management Services...

Really? That's a red flag if ever I've found one. No company information mentioned in any of the posts except one and it contains that email address.

That email address isn't mentioned on any website I can find. In fact the closest thing I can find is:

Tactical Management -- which LOOK bogus but it's spelt the same way on the website.

There is a Tactical Management Inc out of Florida and that's medical billing, seems legit.

I checked all of the public profiles I could find on social media posts advertising the events, from people who were interested or commented on the links and I was looking for anyone's pictures on their walls, and of course nothing...not even a single post about it. If I were taking part in something like that, I'd be bragging about it on social media afterwards... ?
