I propose a handshake quarantine of at least 24 hours. I think it's good for new accounts to lurk for a while even if they are on our side.

My account here is brand new (patriot.win refugee) and I was honestly surprised I was allowed to post already. I agree completely. It'd slow down paid opposition and most trolls get bored if they can't get their fix immediately.
