Sad that they end up going back to it on their own. It doesn't speak well for whatever programs we have in place for the post-rescue period.
It mighty be worth looking into what is being done in Cambodia. Those in that country attempting to stop child prostitution have been battling this for 15 years. The last time I did a deep dive on the subject, the figures were something like 30% of the rescued children end up getting caught up into exploitation again. That and the lack of institutions to take care of these children where the two biggest problems. At that time, they were making headway into shutting down sex tourism.
