A district court may not dismiss an otherwise valid indictment because the Government failed to disclose to the grand jury "substantial exculpatory evidence" in its possession. Pp. 45-55
Basically, it sets precedent that if the government hides exculpatory evidence, the court is at fault.
All those cases we tried where they would not hear the evidence. PLUS the government has obvious evidence showing that the election was stolen but chose not to show it. The district courts are at fault.

well as Q has hinted at in other drops you need to keep the peace and keep normies from rioting so you cant just do it on the day of the "inauguration" it will come later down the line
unless they didnt want it resolved, particularly at that time, but wanted rather to implicate the courts as well.
