-Joe having to catch a private plane to his own inauguration

-Joe saying "salute the Marines" instead of actually saluting the Marines

-Bill Clinton falls asleep at the inauguration

-Lady Gaga sings national anthem dressed in Hunger Games attire

-Joe locked out of White House

-First thing Joe does in office is fire a black man (can't remember name)

-Joe signs an Executive Order while saying "I don't know what I'm signing" while Kamala says "Just (fucking) sign it"

-Trump walking passed the window behind Joe in the Oval Office

-New White House press secretary is an orange haired communist

-Joe's Oval Office looks suspiciously like the movie set from Independence Day

-Joe seen at Lincoln Memorial without a mask after signing an executive order saying masks are mandatory

Huge speculation: Robin Williams faked his death to play a senile Joe Biden. Robert Trump faked his death to be his older brother Donald Trumps double (see Trump & Melania exiting AF1 in Florida).

I'd get sources for all of these but it's too fucking hard to Google shit these days.

I'll add more to the list:

-During Joe's speech on official White House JewTube channel voice from God (Hunter?) saying "I just agreed to a plea sentence..."

Jill Biden's shoes change during inauguration (although women sometimes do that) from tan to teal.
Overlap of audio on White House address where a male voice says something about agreeing to a plea deal.
When Biden is being sworn in, people seemingly vanish between shots. Notably two women, one dressed in white and the other in pink.
All major news networks pulled their election streams from both YouTube and their sites once vote flipping was seen on them.
During election night, there appeared to be an empty stage, filled with brand new pick up trucks that were empty.
During election night, Biden appeared on the screen of said empty stage but not on the stage itself.
During election night, many suspected that video on the screen to be a 'deepfake' due to the strange elasticity of Biden's smile after the line "... in 34 years".
Before Biden appeared on the screen, a strange motorcade of police vehicles and black vehicles drives up behind the stage. Shortly after Biden delivers the speech, the motorcade leaves.
Pelosi arriving on inauguration day and a blonde lady tells her "Don't say anything". There's way more but those are some I remember off the top of my head.

That one is really weird, I could see the one in pink possibly being just out of frame but that woman in white not only appears out of nowhere behind Jill Biden but also the grey-haired man in the blue suit directly behind her vanishes as well during that angle change.
