I checked and he is correct- the last time this court seemingly held a case was last March. At first glance, it could be because of Covid, as they started cancelling dates in mid-March just as everyone was shutting down due to Covid.
My only question is, why are there NO court dates scheduled this month or next? Nothing. In all of the other months, there were things scheduled but they were just cancelled. But Jan/Feb 2021-- Nothing scheduled at all.
Another thought-- the scheduled case that keeps getting cancelled is apparently the exact same one everyday. So, I don't know what to make of that. It's "CANCELLED - U.S. v. Abd al-Rahim Hussein Muhammed Abdu Al-Nashiri, Motions Hearing - CANCELLED"

Page is not working from my side. If it's true then that's a BIGLY red flag...or I am reading too much into this?
So... Is this why the SCOTUS won't take any cases?
Whoa!
