i think they filmed the inaug at least twice...cancelled rehersals was a bait n switch to put off protestors and agitators.... military barriers were miles away they had a private secure area....

once they got the footage needed on 17-18-19... they pbly didnt bother on the day.... spliced it up and let it fly....someone fouled up the start point by 12 minutes and it played a bit too early..

rehersals also explains the super low energy vibe and clinton nodding off etc..
