Forgive me if I'm being too contrary. But when seeking truth... must you be derailed by an isolated or otherwise insignificant potential omission?
Let me clarify. If I love a song by my favorite band. Most likely my first exposure was of the most polished version. Later on, after developing a love for the artist, I might see a documentary, or purchase some raw behind the scenes video. I might experience the messy or confusing extra material that was not necessary for covering the message in the original song. That's not to diminish the value of the cut material to the true fan.
All I'm saying is the truth is still the truth even if you find some details that are hard for you to process.
