If the Military is in control why are Bidens EO's still going into effect? Wouldn't they just be ignored or only apply to the fenced in area of the captial?

Not saying it's not true just trying to better understand. Thanks.

That was my assumption but of course I'm seeing social media posts that are saying they are now unemployed but maybe it's meaning in march
