Why are you taking this up here - for everyone to see? Shouldn't you communicate, discretely and directly with the mods?

This is exactly what I very politely asked him to do. I wrote:

Removed. Off topic. This content would be more suitable for Patriots.win. If you'd like to discuss posts that talk about the WIN's message, let's discuss that with the mod team first, pls. We want to be sure to be giving clear messaging to our userbase. Thank you for understanding.

The mod team is VERY open to everyone's input, but we can't do that through posts without consensus. It's important to present a unified face to our userbase in terms of what our mission is. I have it defined as "We are the public face of the Q movement. Our mission is to be here to red-pill the normies when they're ready." But I'm no dictator; if the userbase feels that should change, great, let's discuss it. But grandiose posts claiming "OUR MISSION IS" are premature. And this is how he reacts to one removed post? "Mods are teh trashhh"?

And they wonder why the mods are ban happy. I put this guy on an unlimited vaction. We don't need this; We deal with this non-stop every day. I'm not going to stand back and watch our WIN's mission fall into the hands of histrionic idiots like this who can't even handle the idea of a structured, professional conversation.
