not constitutional. No legal way for them to enact any rulings or LEGAL consequence. My guess is the Trump team will boycott such an unconstitutional attempt at ambushing Trump, and hopefully many Republican senators will boycott as well to deny them a quorum. This is third world junta crapshoot and should be a wakeup call to everyone, including any democrats who are not brain dead sheep (if any are left)
