I think he knows Q is real. His job has been to spread real information regarding election fraud, impeachment hoax to normies. I've never heard him disavow Q or the plan (point me to sauce if I'm wrong) I've even heard him use a lot of Q catchphrases while saying a bunch of wildly exaggerated things ascribed to Q were not true.
