It's because the cases I believe were more about the illegal ways the states were conducting the election. Removing people from observing isnt fraud necessarily by definition but the states were breaking the laws to cheat. Its not all about vote switching which is another story
Sidney Powells's cases were specifically targeting Dominion. Trying to prove that was probably going to be more involved than the blatant obvious voter/election fraud that happened by what BasedInFact already said above. That's why Trump sent her on her own(not ass with team anymore) to go tackle that problem. Not sure what or why Giuliani would says we're not trying to prove fraud..because there was fraud coming out of this election's ears. Possibly some small part of one case that they weren't alleging fraud but an election rule change the democrats made just prior to the election that allowed mass mailing ballots and there shouldn't have been. So that wasn't about fraud per say..it was more about illegally changing the election laws so the democrats would gain favor.
I thought Dominion evidence was discussed at hearings including one in which they connected real time to a voting machine that wasn't supposed to be connected to the internet.
I also thought the courts outright refused to hear any argument on the matter.
You obviously have more legal understanding than I do, so you may be right, but it seems as though the courts were stacked against exposing this from the get go
