Have heard reporting in last month that weather warfare is real. In the grand scheme, probably not a great idea. Man messing with nature never ends well.

Last month? Look up Operation Popeye it was a success many decades ago, God only knows what they can do now. This isn't speculative, weather warfare is real and has treaties about it.
