So my theory is what if McCarthy is just a douche, not necessarily a bad guy. Just your typical person who wants the speakership. With that said, seeing as it is close to 30 days per Flynn, what if he is filling him in only to a degree as he may be on of the ones not being arrested OR if there is stuff on him, but not horrible, flipping him prior to the mass arrest? This thought is an hour old but had to take care of kids so it is t as well thought out as it had been.
