I've noticed that overall vibe. It's a major part of what's going on.

These banksters are a sworn-in community. The markets are overflown with options to invest/trade/gamble on purpose.

Now WSB comes along and enables everyone to beat them at their game. Droves of trading noobs, asking questions, trying to get in, meeting droves of experienced guys teaching them. This is way more than just beating one firm or making a quick buck. It's showing the banksters that they are not save from the awakening masses.
