Actually, its because it usually takes a few days for EOs to be published on the Federal Register. When it was blanked, the site was last updated on January 19th. Thats why the rest of Trump’s EOs weren’t published until later.
Someone here upped the brightness and contrast of the video screenshot and there was clearly text on it. Don’t get me wrong, I believe all of Biden’s EOs are illegal and should not be obeyed in any way shape or form.
