Nope, in Scottish Rite there are a total of 30 degrees: highest is 33rd, which is more an honor for service to the organization than anything else. 33rd because of the 3 degrees in 'normal' or 'Blue Lodge' Masonry which one must pass through in order to join an appendant body such as Scottish or York Rite.
