I've never heard a Prepper on this subject, I just love delicious food and I'm a pretty good cook. Chowing down and lovin the show! I've got lots of stuff in the freezer, the garage and the closets. Filling my spare tire now. Its a great time in history Patriots, if you find what's fun about the turbulence.

If you do the ketogenic diet, and you are very fat, all you would need is a bit of protein and you won't even get tired until you run out of bodyfat and protein
I'm 6' 210, muscular, healthy as a horse. I've gained about 15 pounds since I recognized the negative roll of moderation in my long-term survival plans. The extra padding feels good to me, since I view it as a positive.
It is natural to eat more and gain weight when there is impending chaos, but you can't just live off of the fat in your body. It is an advantage to be fat if you have water and vitamins and some food
True. When I go on a health kick I supplement my popcorn intake with V8. Makes me feel like my engine is revving really good. When I want to supplement my diet with fruit, I have an Orange Soda.
