Read the press release. It NEVER said FORMER President. It just kept referring to him at the 45th President. Interesting!!!!

I would think that they would not want to draw attention to the fact that he "is not" the current President... that would weaken thier case.

I would expect they want to stear clear of that little pitfall in thier case.
