I feel disgusted and scared by the idea of having close contact with people in my vicinity who have been mRNA-vaccinated. Is this based in reality or just me being a scaredy cat?

INJECTED. Try using the CORRECT word. Its not a "vaccine" of any sort. INJECTION.
